Orders & Delivery 

Your items are made-to-order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If we are experiencing any delays in producing your order we will be in touch with updates for you. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed. 

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

Returns

We would love you to be delighted with your choice, however if you are not happy with your purchase please do get in touch & let us know why at [email protected]. You may return items in their original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt to the address below using recorded postal delivery or your own preferred courier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us safely. For your own protection, we recommend that you return goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All costs incurred for returning items are at your own expense.

We will not accept returns outside of the above timeframe. We will not accept returns for items that have been used or where any tags have been removed. We will check all items thoroughly prior to posting for each order & advice you to check your items on receipt. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange items for a different product please email us on [email protected] with all details of your request and return your goods according to the terms stated under Returns.

The Periphery Shop takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. The Periphery Shop collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will be used to inform you of new products, or updates on our site infrequently. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through The Periphery Shop, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill our order and to communicate with you about it. The Periphery Shop uses your information for three general purposes: to fulfill the orders and request for certain products and services you placed with us and to contact you about specials and new products. We do not monitor or record your shopping habits or use of the website. After you place an order at The Periphery Shop, we use your information to process your order. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email if we have other questions regarding your order.
